| Rolland, DelValle & Bradley, Inc. was founded in 1995 by its three principles after 12 years of previous collaboration. RDB is a Florida corporation registered to perform architecture and interior design in Florida and various other states. Rolland, DelValle & Bradley is unique in its ability to fully integrate the programming, space planning and interior design process with the architectural design development. This interior-exterior integrated process insures that our designs fully meet the user's functional needs. Our firm consists of architects, interior designers, architectural technicians and general office personnel. Given our staff's significant experience and production efficiency, Rolland, DelValle & Bradley has designed an annual average of between $80 and $100 million in construction value each year since we were founded. RDB's production capabilities have historically been extremely high due to our experienced staff and to the engineering consultants with which we have developed long term relationships. RDB outsources all of the structural, mechanical and electrical engineering design, and we have therefore been able to align ourselves with the most qualified and most cost effective engineering professionals in the region. This "partnering" process has allowed RDB to tailor our design teams specifically to satisfy the technical requirements of our clients projects and has resulted in our firms reputation as a quality/service oriented design firm. |
