The project is a "live-work" mixed-use concept with retail/office space on the ground and 3 levels of residential units above. The Avenues Walk Village Town Center was planned to promote a charming main street, pedestrian friendly environment which encourages casual interaction between the housing and commerical components.

The architecture is an honest interpretation of Spanish Mediterranean style as seen in cities such as Barcelona and Madrid. Warm earthtone stucco, masonry arches, shade covered passageways, and open balconies are some of the architectural features of this design style which is perfectly suited to Florida's tropical climate.
