RDB has completed the initial programming and campus master planning design tasks. Phase I of the project has been established to be the following:
Building No. 3 : A 19,200 s.f. addition to an existing educational/assembly building. The addition shall provide expansion for the preschool classrooms and a 2-story high assembly space to be used as a fellowship hall for 450 and/or additional worship space for 800.
Building No. 4 : A 31,000 s.f. 3-story building to provide administration office spaces, a welcoming center, music rehearsal spaces, adult classrooms and meeting rooms.
Courtyard Pavilion : An open-air covered pavilion and campus courtyard improvements.
Phase I scope has been established to meet FCBC's need for the next 4-5 years. The long range master plan provides for additional worship space to increase the capacity from 1,200 to 2,500, the addition of a 40,000 youth ministry/gymnasium building and the addition of another 40,000 s.f.
educational building.
