A phased interior remodeling/addition of 11 laboratories, 9 general classrooms, television studio, media center, guidance suite, and restrooms for the Duval County School Board (DCSB) and interior renovations of 22 classrooms and the main corridors. Services include design, construction documents, pricing phase assistance and construction phase services for the demolition of existing labs and classrooms and the construction of new labs and classrooms within the existing building. The school remained fully functional for the entire duration of the project.
