Interior remodeling of open plan classrooms, laboratories and major maintenance. Services include design, construction documents, pricing phase assistance and construction phase services for the demolition of existing open plan classrooms and the construction of new classrooms, exit access corridors and support spaces within the existing building. In addition, major maintenance items including the replacement of one chiller and the cooling towers, air handling units, domestic water lines, EMS controls and underground piping. The school remained fully operational for the entire duration of the project.
