Southwood One: RDB was responsbile for the shell building design, construction documents and construction administration for the first office building located in the Southwood Office Park. The building's exterior has been designed to support and enhance the Southwood natural environment and its master planned architectural character. Exterior materials consisting of masonry, tilt-up concrete panels and glass have been craftfully detailed to create a timeless composition which is unique to the planned Southwood community.

TNT Logistics of North America: Space programming, space planning, interior design, tenant and shell building design, preparation of construction documents and construction administration for TNT Logistics Jacksonville Headquarters Building. The building design included an internal computer "bunker" facility supported by UPS and generator emergency power.
