RDB was responsible for a Phase I two-story, 42,000 s.f. renovation and a Phase II new six-story, 156,000 s.f. facility designed to expand vertically to 10 stories. Phase I converted an existing high-bay warehouse into a two-story facility which included Mayo Clinic’s Jacksonville Campus’ principal communications and data hub. Phase II was a six-story facility which included administration offices, training rooms, conferencing, dining and one floor of medical research labs.
