Office Building No. 100 was the first shell office building for a master planned office campus consisting of six Class 'A' office buildings totaling approximately 750,000 s.f. The site master plan and building concepts were a collaborative design effort by the firms of Cooper Carry and Rolland, DelValle & Bradley. Design development, construction documents and construction administration was by Rolland, DelValle & Bradley.

Office Buildings 100 & 200 are part of a Phase I sub-campus consisting of two 5-story Class 'A' office buildings totaling approximately 270,000 s.f.

Office Buildings 300 & 400 were part of a Phase II sub-campus that totaled approximately 240,000 s.f.
