Flagler Development is developing the new Colonnade Flagler Center
in the fast growing southern section of Duval County, Florida. Colonnade
will consist of twin five-story, 162,000 s.f. multi-tenant office buildings.
Positioned at the center of a 26-acre site, the buildings will overlook
two large wetland preservation areas and a small lake. The buildings
will be connected by an elaborately paved plaza. The large, column-free
floor plates will offer maximum space planning flexibility and Class A
office space. This project is seeking LEED-NC Silver certification.
