| Architecture |
The West Garage was designed as a 1,700 car parking garage forFidelity National Financial staff. The garage is sited in the southwest corner of the site to allow approximately 25,000 s.f. of retail along the Riverside Avenue frontage. The garage features glass backed elevators at the northwest corner of the structure. Its primary facade is clad in a combination of architectural precast concrete and corrugated, perforated, painted metal panels. | ||||||
