Everbank Plaza is a 13-story high-rise structure consisting of eight floors which provide 200,000 s.f. of professional office space above five floors of parking for 660 cars. Approximately 20,000 s.f. of retail space occupies the ground floor along Riverside Avenue and Forest Streets.
The project is located at Downtown Jacksonville's most prominent gateway. The building's exterior is a modern composition which establishes a pedestrian scale at the street level, utilizes columns to architecturally anchor the building's form, articulates a sculpted skyline, and emphasizes the building's height with the use of vertical intersecting walls and glass framing elements.

The Everbank Corporate Headquarter's interiors were designed to reflect the company's entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to evolve with the times. The design style is refined and sophisticated. The restrained use of color along with the use of contrasting materials places emphasis on the simple, bold architectural elements and provides a background for artwork. The space planning incorporates the use of daylighting in the open office areas and maximizes the workspace available with over 60 private offices and 175 workstations.
