Harden and Associates
Harden and Associates was founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1953. The firm is now Northeast Florida’s largest comprehensive insurance, risk management and employee benefits firm. The design features coffered ceilings, cherry wood trim and limestone floors. The plan was designed to maximize daylighting and views to the outside. The private offices are generally located toward the interior of the space, while the open workstations were placed on the exterior window walls. The layout includes a total of 112 workstations, 28 modular offices and 16
executive offices. Support spaces include conference rooms, a catering kitchen and large company break area with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology which doubles as a training room.
LBA Group
LBA Certified Public Accountants is the largest local CPA firm in Northeast Florida. LBA provides tax, audit, accounting, strategic consulting and
litigation support services to a diverse client base. It was important to the client that the reception and public spaces convey warmth and stability through the use of classic details, materials and color. The office plan provides 41 private offices and 50 workstations, as well as conference, training rooms and required support functions. RDB provided space planning, interior design and
architectural services.
Oracal USA
ORACAL USA is a corporate partner of ORAFOL EUROPE, a recognized global leader in the manufacture of vinyl films and related adhesive products. Upon outgrowing their existing corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, ORACAL USA was looking to create a space more reflective of their high-tech and high-impact products and manufacturing processes. The design features contemporary furniture balanced with warm neutral finishes and modern lighting. Visible from the lobby, the seamless glass-walled conference room serves as a striking focal point with views to the Jacksonville skyline. Support spaces include large technical support areas, as well as shared open office and work areas providing a collaborative work environment.
Burdette Agency
Programming, space planning and interior architecture for an advertising and public relations firm. The design sought to create an avant-garde office space with a New York City loft feel. Floors are stained concrete and ceilings are exposed. Monumental archways create a dynamic theme for the space. |
