Rolland, DelValle & Bradley was responsible for master planning, building design, tenant space programming, space planning, interior design, preparation of architectural/engineering construction documents and construction
administration. The 5 story, 145,000 s.f. shell building was a collaborative design effort by Cooper Cary Architects and Rolland, DelValle & Bradley. This facility was intended to be the first of a four building office campus. The first building included Bombardier's Mortgage Division's
Corporate Headquarters, a computer center, a dining/kitchen facility, a fitness center and open-office operations space. |
