RDB provided comprehensive interior design services for all amenity buildings including the Residents Club, Kids Club and Athletic Club for this 1,320 acre golf course community in Clay County developed by East West Partners.

The Residents Club features a General Store and Cafe as well as four pools and an outdoor cabana bar. The two-story 15,000 s.f. Athletic Club features a state-of-the-art fitness center with full locker rooms as well as a tennis pro shop and full gymnasium. RDB provided complete interior design services including interior and exterior furniture procurement for all buildings within the complex.

The golf club features a restaurant and sports bar, a fully stocked pro shop as well as men's and women's locker rooms. The interior design reinforces the traditional architectural style of the building through the use of materials as well as architecturaldetail. Period lighting, tin ceilings and walnut casework are used in the Sports Bar. The main dining areas feature large pendant chandeliers, beamed ceilings and a stone-look porcelain tile floors bordered in wood.
